The company is billing me for something I never requested, and in addition, never sent me anything for the service they are trying to bill me for. They bill through the phone company of your home phone, and I have had to close my home phone account. They will not answer questions, they have no supervisor to talk.

PaymentOne, Inc. - Member's Edge, Easy VoiceMa I was charged $19.95 twice on my CenturyTel phone bill. The long distance call detail read on 03/27/08 , call to Easy VoiceMa at 12:00 A.M. and on 04/24/08, call to Easy VoiceMa at 12:A.M. We had no idea what this was. We called the number on the bill to question it, and they knew right away what we were complaining about. They said we didn't have to pay it; Never told us what it was. Carol Stream Illinois
