Member's Edge Voicemail Charged me for services I never signed up for Internet

I was recently charged on two of my phone bills for services I have never signed up for. It was a voice mail service that I have never heard of, Member's Edge.

I was finally able to get in touch with them after several attempts and explained to them my situation and like on other people they had all my information and it was correct. How they got this I do not know.

They say that I went and signed up for a free gift certificate, which I have not done. I do not do things like this, b/c there is always some kind of stipulation.

Well she tried telling me that my account had already been closed the day before, which how that was I do not know either b/c I had only been able to talk to someone then long enough for them to tell me that their system was down and that they would have to give me a call back.

That is fine, but first off the only thing they asked then was to verify my phone number, how do they know that I was calling to complain, I mean I was, but how do they know this. Then she of course had an attitude with me and of course I got one back, but only to stress the point that I had not signed up for these services.

Then I was informed that they would not credit my account for these charges. All I am going to say now is that I am not going to pay for something I did not sign up for, so I guess we will have to see what happens.
