I have been a member of memolink since 1999. Memolink.com is a click to be paid reward program.

December 2003, I had enough points to cash out for two gift certificates. One was for Burger King and the other was for PizzaHut. I have not received either, nor was it been sent.

On January 30, Memolink had a one point site visit that could be clicked multiple times for credit. This was a programming glitch -- an error on Memolink's part. I admit that I had clicked on the link repeatedly to see if it was fixed.

February 1 and 2, I was able to get into the site.

February 3, I received an email from Memolink for a click for points email. When I click on the link, I was redirected to Memolink.com. There was a page saying that there was a problem with me logging on to the site. I clean out my cache with the advice from the help section on Memolink. That did not work. I sent an email via their site telling them that I was unable to get into the site. Memolink did not contact me first to let me know what happen. Is that email considered spam if they deleted my account the same day?

February 4, I received an email from Memolink. Memolink said that they disable my account because I had clicked on the link on their site multiple times. The email said...

"Memolink may remove points and/or terminate any account if we feel the member has violated the spirit or intent of our partners' offers or the Memolink program. If a Memolink account is terminated by Memolink, all accumulated points are forfeited and any pending prizes canceled and forfeited as well. Your account has been terminated because of this. This decision is final. Thank you for your understanding."

Is it fair for Memolink to delete my redemptions? Those points were earned and cashed in way before this incident. I am not the only person that this has happen. I have seen posts on different forum boards regarding Memolink not paying them in a timely manner and as well had their accounts deleted because of this incident.

I was sent email links by them, I clicked on links from their sites. I did what I was supposed to do in order to get rewarded. I want my gift certificates that I am owed!!!
