Menus to Go Complete SCAM!!!!!! Chatsworth California

I was contacted by a sales rep for this company to advertise in to go menus at 3 different restaurants in my local area. He gave me the price of $18/week and assured me my ad would appear in the first left page of the menus. I only agreed to advertise because of his promises of 3 restaurants and being in the spot that he promised me.  He said that I would be sent the menus so that I could see my advertising but I never received anything.  I decided to go visit the restaurants myself to make sure that the menus were in fact there.  The first restaurant did not have any of the Menus at all and said that they have not received them, the second restaurant said that all of their pricing was wrong so they threw all of the menus away. I am feeling quite annoyed as I go to #3.  I find the menus, open the first page expecting to find my ad, but no!!  My ad is on page 9 nd not only that, but there is another ad from another distribuor in my company on the page before mine!!! I am so angry when I call the company and speak with Trish.  She tells me that my ad was never scheduled to be on the first inside left page and that I received a discounted rate and should only be in one restaurant not 3.  The other 2 were given to me free! I told her that what I was told in my sales presentation that I would be in 3 restaurants, on the first left page for $18/week. My error was that I believed what the sales rep told me and did not read all of the fine print of the contract!! PLEASE do not advertise with this company as you will not receive what you are promised and they have no customer service at all!!!  She seemed to think that I shoudl be grateful for receiving a discounted rate as others pay way more that I was paying!  You know, if I got such a fantastic deal, then they should be happy that I want to cancel so that they can sell my spot to some other business and get paid the much "higher" amount that they normally charge!!! I am soooooo angry!!!!
