Im writing this report to let the public be aware of a company called Merchant Hub. I have been a small business owner for over 25 years. I have used several credit card processing companies over the years, but never have had such a horrible experience as the one I had with Merchant Hub. This company, which is owned by an individual named Thomas Kato is a complete scam. They went out of their way to charge me a $2,000 cancellation fee only because my sales were low.
Never in all my years as a business owner have I encountered such a low grade and worthless company as Merchant Hub. Its my obligation to make the public aware of this company. They are thieves, scam artists, and took $2,000 of my hard earned money. If you are a business owner who needs credit processing, make sure not to use this company. They will take your money in a fraudulent way. I have reported this company to the State for fraud and hopefully they will be shut down before they steal from other merchants.
