I see may posts on here and elsewhere with regard to Merrill Lynch. Many people have lost everything they have. We put our trust in Merrill Lynch and they take advantage of so many. I have read where they are reactive instead of being proactive. This is so true! They continue to pad their savings while collecting commissions while our savings are lost. As one gentleman said "Well atleast you have a write off using your losses". Absolutely true! They stumble over themselves to create ways to take advantage of investors. At what point are they held accountable?

I would encourage each of you to contact The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). They will take action and will dig until they find answers.  Their contact details are as folows:
