Mesa Property Management Dishonest and Manipulating Victorville California

This is my first report on this site however, I feel it necessary to make this report. I applied for a rental home through Mesa Property Management on Wednesday night. I paid the $30 application fee for one property (found out later that I would have to pay $30 app fee for any house I was interested in). I called ALL day Thursday and left 3 messages with no call back. The last message I left was about 7PM Thursday night in which I received a call right away. The lady acted as though I irritated her for leaving the message.

After she finally located my application, she stated it was being processed and it could take up to five days to process...how? All they do is run credit. My job never received a verification call or anything. I asked if there were any other applications pending on home and was told no. They also will collect numerous applications and fees for homes they know are either no longer available or their are applications pending. The conversation ended with her just telling me there are alot of people and my app is processing. 

I am irritated at the fact that I had to call numerous time just to receive some type of status check or confirmation that they are working on it, something! 

Today I called them to ask if I could switch properties as I found a different one that I liked better. Again, no answer. I left a message and again, no return call. I find this place to be unprofessional and are simply a company to help out a few people find homes...the other issue was I could barely understand the lady because she had poor broken English. I am sure I will not receive any assistance and lost my $30 however, I will be placing a complaint with the BBB.
