I received my ATT bill on Christmas Eve, however what was inside was not a Christmas Present. I had a charge for METELINE TECH, 1-800-433-4518 for the amount of 12.95... I saw Voice mail Monthly Services...I'm like...I already have voicemail...What is this?
I asked my husband, he didn't know anything. So, after a few days I forgot about it, but called when I remembered.
Roger, a nice agent picked up and I explained in a firm voice, that I didn't know any information about this service. He said that I, meaning me... went on a site called Brandarama, signed up with my email... I'm thinking," OOOhh these sneaky jokers"... I told him my intention was not to sign up for anything, much less voicemail. In return he siad he'd cancel the subscription and would credit back to my bill... it may 1-2 billing cycles to appear though.... He issued me a confirmation number and I guess that's that. I'll update if any problems.
