Metro RV had my travel trailer on consignment for two years starting in early 2011. Last Friday 8/9/13 I called them and told them I wanted to pickup the unit on Saturday 8/10/13.

On Saturday 8/10/13 I went to the lot (I had never been there as they has the unit picked up at my home) and found my trailer parked behind other units, the back to the fence, parts missing and in deplorable condition.

I complained to "Roberto" (whom I now find is also an apparently an officer of the corporation) concerning the condiiton of the trailer. He finally stated that he would have the unit cleaned up and delivered to me (still waiting).

In anticipation of suing the corporation I searched their name on the California Secretary of State's website only to find the corporation is dissolved. (They certainly seemed to still be in business).

Anyone that may have a suit against this corporation is urged to file immediately as their lawsuits.
