Metro Traffic School Gilbert LopezLaura Norad Paid for a service, did not get full service Internet

 My son attempted to take his permit test online on Thursday, July 14th . The test clearly states that if you failed 11 questions, you would fail the test. My son had only missed 7 out of 36 questions at that point and the Metro Traffic School failed him. He should not have failed the test under that circumstance and he still had 30 minutes left of his test. I paid $24.95 for a complete test and my son did not get the full advantage of the test. They will not cooperate with or refund my money. This company is terrible and a few people I spoke with were not understanding and very rude.
