I too am a victim of fraud. MGR solutions uses the money poor saps like us to fund their own business. I gave them 449.99 last year (2006) and have heard nothing from them. The first few times I called they anewered or returned my calls but now I left many messages only to be ignored. I talked to a man in May of 2007 and he said they had some paperwork issues they were getting iron out and set up return call to get my grant in order. Needless to say no return call and they have not answered the phone since. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. RUN!!! IF ANYONE WANTS TO DO A CLASS ACTION AGAINST THESE LIARS COUNT ME IN. Then agian they are most likely sitting in the islands sipping Pina Coladas at our expense
