I too, like many others, was bilked out of more than $30K in a Real Estate Investment Scam perpetrated by Michael J Papp.  As reported by others, further research shows him to be a real scum bag...from not paying child support to not paying as agreed for various services rendered.  I originally invested in 2005 (via an eBay ad) and I will not get my money back, but as others have said it's now about keeping him from doing it again to someone else.  All I can say is "Carma" will serve justice to this low life (if it hasn't already).
