Mr. Papp advertised on E-bay for investors in a priet (Private Real Estate Investment Trust) It appears to have been a big fraud from the start. He did provide refferences two of which did previous deals with him.
They both invested again in this deal, they also got scammed it appears as though this was a ponzie scam (take money from one and give it to another till you get lots of money and then keep it)
Some of us had the money one guy is a widdower with two kids he took out a second morgtgage. He is out $47,000.00 and this may leave him homeless. Mr. Papp when this man approached him to ask for his money back theatened to beat his head in with a bat.
Mr.Papp Bragged on deadbeatdads he was the most arressted man in New Jersey.
If we can't get our money back we wan't to make sure he never does this to anyone else's family. He also gave a $2000.00 Bad check to a police officer in Pa. that was going to buy the house we invested in.
He tried to file bankruptcy but the lawyer figured out fraud was involved and withdrew from the case. He also has been thown off e-bay and supposedly plead guilty to fraud involving e-bay and a V.W.
Yes I would love to see us get our money back but we doubt it will ever happen I just want him stopped. Punnished and any involved in his scams with him.

I asked what opm stands for I bet you can guess.
Other Peoples Money you got it he is not just a crook he is proud of it.
He also has about ten other e-mail addresses and a bunch of screen names.
He is all over the law blogs and inventor too.
He is a silver tounge devil and will tell you what you want to hear till you figure out you won't get your money back then he gets nasty or ignores you.
