We recently were seeking loans for our busines, we were directed to Michael Katz by another broker and told us to send all documentation to Michael Katz. He convience us that he had a lender that would fund us 25K, we negoiated a fee of 1,000 for the lender and he forwarded us all the documentation. When we got funded they did not fund us the entire amount we had agreed to.
The lender shorted us 1,500 dollars and claims some of the documents we signed were not their paperwork. The broker injected one of his own forms to make it and defrauded us by making us beleive the fees on this loan would only be a $1,000 dollars when in fact the lender charged us $2,500.00.
THIS INDUSTRY IS RIDDLED WITH DISHONEST AND SHADY INDIVIDUALS, WHERE IS THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE, WHY ARE THESE LENDERS AND BROKERS ALLOWED TO PRAY ON SMALL BUSINESSES.
It's very hard to keep a small business operating, having to deal with loan sharks is bad enough, but the brokers ripping off thousands of dollars by having small businesses believe the lies is totally unacceptable.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WTH MICHAEL KATZ OR ANY OF HIS SO CALLED LENDERS. Thieves, liers, and con artist!
