Michael (Mike) Fox / Fox's Landing Do not rent from this person! Eugene Oregon

We are former renters of 330 N. Adams (320 N. Adams / 310 N. Adams) all owned by Mike Fox, DBA "Fox's Landing". If what we say is not true, then we would not have taken the to time to express our extremely bad experience renting from Mike Fox. Mike Fox is an attorney & thinks he is also the jury, judge, & prison guard!

Mike would:

not tell you he is going to clean the gutters using a ladder so he can see directly into your unit, not tell you he is going to be on the roof which allowed him a clear vierw of the entire unit we were renting, come into your unit while you were gone & not tell you, look at all of your mail in your mail box, make sexual advances towards female renters (even though he is married to his baron wife Rebecca) get drunk & curse out his tenants, let his guests use your assigned parking spot leaving you to park on the street, steal your water from your hose for propety landscaping, steal your electricity for property maintenance, steal from yoru wood pile, has a UNcertified UL wood buring stove that leaks carbon monixide as the main heat source, goes thru your trash, holds your rent check until days before your rent is due again & then ask if you paid him for last months rent, has a grace period  of 5 days but still charges late fee's for not paying rent on the 1st, then takes 30 days to refund your late fee, blasts his music when he is drunk (which is very often), has a high turn over of renters (most leave before their lease is up as we did) had his last tenats paint the entire unit to get their deposit back, only to not return their deposit resulting in the tenants taking Mike to small claims (see Lane County, OR case #) uses foul laungauge in front of very small children & not apologize, etc, etc, etc...

Mike has not practiced law in more than  10 years.

Similar to going to a doctor that hasn't practed medicine in 10 years...would you let the doctor treat you?
