Failed communication reply from business party. Requesting refund that was approved to be granted by business or atleast HALF.


I have been in communication with Michael Vincent Photography, specifically Tal Vincent since March of 2015. I agreed to photography services to be done by Michael himself. Total amount for services was $7,500 with a %25 down payment of $1,875. I cut the check for $1,875 5/21/15. On 5/29/15 the check was confirmed as received via email from Tal. I attempted communication from 6/9/2015 until the 13th. Finally, I spoke with Tal 6/13/15 in regards to my mothers estate (The State of Georgia) needing the money back I had taken out of it for the shoot. Tal confirmed on 6/19/2015 she was sending "half" ($937.50) of this amount back. A few calls and texts and a week later, nothing in the mail. Then again on 6/24/15 a second amount of this "half" ($937.50) was supposedly mailed out. It's been over 2 weeks I needed the funds back in my possession and to the state of Georgia by 7/1/2015 and I have not seen a tracking number or anything in the mail from this company regarding any refund of the full amount or even half of the $1,875.

I only received a tracking number for an item that was for something not even coming to my home address. I am tired of getting the run around.

I have only gotten the run around, sent to voice mail and someone getting mad at me that supposedly understood the circumstances.

I have all emails, record of phone calls/attempts/conversations/and text messages if needed.

 

I want a FULL refund from this company and do not care to deal with them in the future.

Check was recieved after this report was made, the company kept their word in regards to the personal needs with the loss oof my mother.  They were very understanding.  USPS lost the mail and had to FIND the refund that was sent out in fact the ORIGINAL time it was said to be. 

Company/Tal kept her word.  Thank you.

I sincerely apologize for this matter.

It is sad , to read this review & complaint , especially when Client was refunded  as requested due to  Personal Problems .

When booking a shoot with Michael Vincent Photography , we make sure to let the client know that 25% of there deposit is not refounded since there booking a time & a date where other models or Projects can taken place.

it is a commitment of both sides to the shoot by placing a HOLD on a date.

Client ( Lea ann )  have called in 2 weeks after her deposit  requesting to get her money back due to family & Personal problems.

The Michael Vincent Brand have never REFUNDED Deposits , however, in her case it was agreed by a kind Juster to refund her Half of the amount since she needed it Immediately to be able to save her current situation.

Tal , have sent her the next day (6/14/15) a company check .

Miss Lea Ann  called in to complaine that she has never received it a week after.

We didnt wait too long since the urgency of her receiving funds was critical to her situation & have sent her  another certified Check on June 24th, which was cleared beginning of July.

The complaint came in July 1st , Clearly she hasn't received it at the time.

We hold all Text messages as well as for USPS Verification Certified mail to Huston TX  with a date stating 6/24/15 as well as for bank account showing the check has been cashed.(

unfortunately,  There is no way to attach this forms here on this system. 

It is sad to see how irrational & How disrespectful and ungrateful clients can be & always assume that everything is "done to them on Purpose & in bad terms.

We hold Great respect to all of our clients , models , companies & have been operating & growing  with great success witinn 17 years now .

We wish this Client well  & dont hold any grudges  .

Our Brand will continue to be Strong as we believe in Honoring & Respecting each other as well as for creating Great Legacy all together!
