I recieved an email from this lady and thought it may be too good to be true, however it was only $3.88 to get some information, so I decided to do it. I willingly gave my bank account information with my card number authorizing that small amount of money.

I authorized that on Oct. 6th. I noticed on Oct. 11th that the same company had taken $72.21 out of my account!! I was frustrated and immedately went down to my bank and filed a dispute against it.

I got the phone number from my bank and tried to call that number right then for them to be closed on the weekend, this was a saturday. So Monday morning I called and reached someone after being on hold for 14 minutes, and the lady refused to let me speak to a supervisor.

I told her that I had filed a dispute with my bank and I had already spoken with my lawyer and they would be prosectuted if they return the money to my account. I got her name and customer rep number.

The very next morning I got a call from a guy that was calling to see how well the program was working for me! I got angry that he even called but apologized to him because it ws not his fault, but did explain the situation to him. He said he had heard of that and seen no problem with me getting refunded my money. Many people had and he gave me his customer service number.

After once again being on hold for even longer this time, the lady had me on and off of hold "trying to find my information". She said numerous times that the only way to find me was if I gave her my bank account number again! NO WAY!!! I told that crazy lady that my card had been "hot carded" by my bank and taken from me, which it was. Even if I did, I was not going to give it to her. Come on! REALLY!?!?

So that was my experiance with Google Pro. RIP OFF! I am so happy I found this site to possibly get some help in getting my money back but more for getting the word out about companies like this one. Thank you!
