Friends sent us a wedding present of many boxes of garden plants from Michigan Bulb. The plants were shipped without dirt or moisture around the roots and without any effort to keep the plants from knocking around inside the shipping box. Result: dead plants.

We spent almost an hour on the phone with Michigan Bulb Co. (of Indiana???) trying to get this problem remedied. A complete waste of our time -- it took them over 30 minutes just to find our order in their computer.

As near as we can tell, this company is utterly disorganized about packing, shipping and billing. Don't waste your money!
