I ordered Microsoft Office Outlook Live on May 14th 2006 and still have not received the CD to install the Product. My dial-up connection is too slow to download on line. I have called and emailed and have gotten nothing but the run around. This is a subscription service that I have paid for but have not used since I can't get them to send the CD that they said would be sent within 7 to 10 business days. It is now September 2, 2006.
