Microsoft Online Service ripoff Washington internet

I foune a charge on my mastercard for Microsoft Online service. This charge was for $21.95. I went on the net to try and find out what was going on and was sent to this site instead. I immediatly called my credit card company to try to get a phone # on this company. I was informed by my mastercard that they had no phone# for this company. As well as having to file a dispute charge against Microsoft, I had to close my account. This means that I have had to contact all the companies that I do regular business with using my mastercard and change accounts.

Mastercard informed me that closing this account may not stop Microsoft from putting charges on my other credit cards. I don't even have anyway of getting touch with this company because i have been unable to locate a phone # for them. Does anyone have a phone #?

If Mastercard and other credit card companys have been getting alot of these charges and complaint about them, maybe they should start varifing these charges first before posting them to accounts. I had told Mastercard to never allow Microsoft to charge anything on my account and was told there was no way I could stop this company from charging on my card other than closing my account!
