Who said online shopping with Mid-City Auto parts in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin is safe?
I was so unfortunate to do business with this company.
I was searching the net looking for an engine to my
SAAB car when I found their site. First they were very
receptive until I paid the full amount of the engine
plus the shipping fees in October 2004. They became discourteous afterwards.
The owner of the company (Shaun) promised me that it
will take between a week to 10 days to ship the
engine. Now this is the third month and I didn't
receive the engine. I have followed up with them
several times but all I got is promises. I made so
many overseas calls and sent so many emails but
couldn't get them send the engine.
It is so disappointing that the owner (Shaun) is
lately avoiding talking to me. Each time I call he
either hang up on me or leave me on hold until the line is disconnected. I left him several messages in his
machine.I did what I could do to try to talk to him
but he keeps avoiding talking to me. I came to the conclusion that these people intend to take my money.
I have sent him (Shaun)emails and left messages telling him that I want my money back immediately. but No response at all.
I intend to pursue this case until I get my money
back.

You need to post the information he is asking and prove to us that you have indeed shipped it - otherwise - I'm sure that the AG's office in Madison will become very interested.
I have a cousin that is a deputy AG in Madison and I am quite sure he would be very interested.
Just because the guy is overseas, well the internet does bring us closer doesn't it?
So - why don't you post the info for all of us and then there can be a response from overseas on how it all comes out.

Now you're using sentiment for rebuttalbut hey that aint gonna work because people are not stupid as you think!! Just a look at the number of rip off reports against your company makes the hate thing in your rebuttal is irrelevant. I'm sure I have more American friends than you have or might have in your entire life!!!

Ok, can you tell me who the carrier was? When did you send it? Who is the contact person and his phone # so I can talk to him?
It's amazing you didn't even respond to my emails or phone calls to tell me that you sent the engine!!
