You sir are a liar.  I know the story is old but i worked there then and i know exactly what car you are talking about.  We never quoted you that price and we fave you a copy of the quote and final cost.  You did not complain of either.  You simply want to rant. By the way if this had happened how come you have no proof and the city attorney told you to go away.  Estimates are done for A readon and redone if there is more issues than could be visually inspected.  You would then still have an opportunity to deny the service.  I can prove every estimate given is exactly what you pay or less.  I ha e the files available for anyone to see and you sir have nothing but a bad experience that was invented by your small mind
