Received a letter stating,"Winning Final Notification" dated 10/8/08 with claim number: SH-479PB addressed to :Sir/Madam. Letter explained that we were declared winners in the category as above. States they made "many unsuccessful attempts to contact you regarding this winning". So therefore, we were entitled to $125,000.00 from total prize money of 4 million distributed among 32 other "declared" winners. It told us that we were selected among over 500,000 names randomly through computer ballot system. In accordance with their distribution policy the prize money has been forwarded to their Clearing/disbursement institution (Northwest Securities Inc.,7711 N. Military Trail, Suite 300, Palm Beach Gardens,Florida 33410) to release the funds. To expedite processing the enclosed check of 4,875.00 which has been deducted from the winnings is for payment of applicable Government Taxes. It states government taxes cannot be deducted from the winning amount because of insurance bond policy coverage. The tax amount is 2,875.00 to be paid by either Western Union or Moneygram directly to the tax agent(Mrs Jessica Armstrong 1-416-732-5386). Please do not attempt to cash the check until you call. We urge you to keep this winning CONFIDENTIAL until your claim has been processed and your cash remitted to you as this is part our security protocol to avoid double claiming or unscupulous acts by non participants taking advantage of this program.
