Midwest America Federal Credit Union- Stan Shank Over the top aggressive calling over a 2 week late auto payment. Fort Wayne, Indiana

Everyone gets behind occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances. 2 years ago we ended up about 3 months behind on my motorcycle payment because of an extended maternity leave my wife had to take. During this tough time for our family I was regularly harassed by Stan Shank (Shenk?)  This man thoroughly enjoys saying things that will upset a person the most. 

Examples of the lies and unnecessary threats he made: I will call your wife's work and get her fired, I will come reposes the bike, I will call your family and tell them what a deadbeat you are, you will go to jail, I will call your business customers and tell them you are hiding from me, I will call your friends and ask if they can pay your bill,  I will ruin your credit etc, etc. I unfortunately did not have a cell phone capable of recording phone calls at the time. After getting caught up I haven't heard from him in almost 2 years.

Now I have fallen 2 weeks behind on ONE payment. I am now getting harassing phone calls again. This time he (or someone from Midwest Federal) has called my Parents! They left a message saying that they could not locate me. This was very worrisome for my parents. They also said in the message that I had listed them as a contact. This is a complete lie. If you need a loan DO NOT go to these people. If you are late at all with a payment then you become a deadbeat to them and are not a valued customer anymore.
