Midwest diesel Steve Spencer Stole my money and motor Fenton Nationwide

I bought a motor from Steve Spencer with Midwest engine in Fenton Mi. I believe ripoff report investigated his company and said it was ok. I'm here to two you it's not ok. Steve stole $16348.00 plus my core from my company. I contracted with them on 11-19-15 for a motor they said he had a isx Cummins he could have in two weeks. I sent them my core and called him dec. 4 said it would be another week. Keep in mind I wire transferred him $9800.00 to get started. Called him a week later and he said it was next to get on a dyno then to paint. This is dec. 11 still no ship date. Then I give Steve Christmas money he calls me and tells me motor is done and ready to ship wire him rest of money that's dec. 23. At that time I ask Steve to let me know who he shipped motor with says it went thru a broker and will let me know latter that day. No phone call back to me. So I try next day you guest it no answer. So while Steve is haven a merry xmas I wait till December 28 call Steve motor shipped don't worry every things fine. Ok tell me who it shipped with but he can't tell me freight broker is on vacation. Wow really I could keep telling story's about this crook he's a scum bag and a thief. Called him Jan 4 and my motor is stuck at a terminal in Missouri in the floods. Steve gave me number to Ksn logistic no answer. Be where Steve ran national diesel and superior diesel out of Fenton Mi. Your report says this biz is legit not even close.
