I have been a member for 4 years, Have had nothing but problems, orders way over do!! They do not carry these items. Items I orderd were out of stock so I called the Manufacture and was told that thatis not true. Have been told that items have been discontinued. Which is a lie!! Yes they have saved me money and then they have not. The staff has gone down hill I was there last week and the two people have no idea where things are. The girl behind the counter is the RUDIST person I have ever delt with! I saw the sales person who I signed up with and he said that they have closed down twice in the past year. What happen to a lifetime membership that I paid for!!!!

If you were to ever read your contract, as so few members actually do, you would realize that not every time we order something does it come straight from the manufacturer. So, calling whomever you called is not necessarily giving you correct information. Not to mention it being against company policy and you could lose your account for doing so.
Delivery dates and such have nothing to do with us and we have no control over them. No wonder the attendants are rude to you, or at least you perceive them as being rude. Maybe you should consider that maybe you're being a bit sensitive.
As far as the company being closed down, the only thing that has been closed down for any amount of time has been the sales department. Every once in awhile, just like every other company, you have to switch up the sales pitch. Not to mention, they do look for other sales representatives. Not that sales being closed for any amount of time has any effect on current members anyway.
Last but not least in reference to your having read your contract. If you had read that through, the membership may be lifetime, your rights to it are not.
