**WARNING**  Mike La Penna, aka Mike Lapenna, Mike Lindsay or Mike Lindsey takes upfront money for a variety of financial programs and all he delivers is broken promises.  

Some of his business scams involve;  No personal guarantee loans, home based internet businesses, fast cash website businesses, business credit programs.  All usually involve large upfront money from clients.

Some of his more famous bogus programs include; 3rd Street, Amazing Business Consultants (ABC), Fast Score System, Prosperity Automated System, New World Empowerment, New World Brokerage, Brave New World Brokerage, 123 Power System, New World Opportunities, Cash Gifting Angels, and other MLM scam programs

He changes his name between Mike LaPenna, Mike Lindsey and Mike Lindsay.  He is based up near Niagara Falls, NY, and uses a Williamsville, NY address,  but he may live across the border in Niagara Falls, Ontario.  

The FEDS are involved in unraveling his bogus ventures, but he continues to roll on to his next score.  

BE WARNED:  He is a fast talker and skilled closer when he smells your wallet is near.  DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY UPFRONT FOR ANY REASON.
