Quantum Events- USA, DC Marketing Inc. Mike Putnam- Quantum Events- USA, Keith Cierto- DC Marketing Inc. Received Cash For 2 Prior Paychecks & Never Was Paid Last 2 Paychecks North Andover Massachusetts

I had worked for DC Marketing Inc., a branch off of Quantum Events-USA, who claimed they "raise money and toys for non-profit organizations." Keith Cierto, prior owner for DC Marketing Inc. (who owns many other branches within Quantum), did not pay his employees who had left the company after realizing that it was a scam. (Note: Advertisment for this company stated that we would make $32,000/yr. Little did we know that we weren't even making a min. wage but only a 30% commission and on top of that, we had to drive to and from our location to stand outside of walmarts, cvs, and grocery stores and sell stuff with Dare logos on it for $5-$20. I did it for those non-profit organizations until I quit when I found out that only 5-10% goes to the charity). Nevertheless, payday was every friday and since I, along with 3 others, quit the last week of Nov, we still have not been paid. The thing is, the prior 2 weeks we were paid in cash in the mist of changing managment from Keith Cierto to Jenny Moon. When I received my tax forms from working there, the money that I received in cash wasn't reported for those two weeks. Who is to say that those non-profit organizations were receiving their portion of money if I didn't? Can they be audited? And what can be done about receiving my paycheck for the last two weeks?
