I found this company advertising thru craiglist. Anthony told me that they had numerous rentals in my prices range and that their service fee is $180, completely refundable. So I went down paid my money was handed a few listings in the areas I was looking and the first was a red flag. The owner happened to be there and he said some company was sending people to his property stating it was less then what he was asking (I was looking for no more than 1350, he wanted 1650)
I called Anthony and he explained that it was just entered as an error so I had believed him and of course it was New Years Eve weekend so they were closed for three days.
Trying to call them afterward was interesting as the phone would continally ring and finally later in the afternoon on Thursday I got someone to answer. I questioned why they didn't answer with their company name but customer service each time. I didn't really get an answer.
I was interested in 1 property but I didn't have the income so the office manager, Ray, allowed me to forge an application with name and social security number of my roommate (our names do not match)on it to show income, of course, he is now very upset with me but more upset with the idea that this company allows people to do this. Ray stated he would get ahold of me in a few days as soon as he finds out anything on the property, but never did.
By then, I was so upset with being put on hold and not getting return calls that I asked for a refund. Ray had the form emailed to me to I wouldn't have to drive down to his office. We'll the 10 days process came and went and a week after I received a letter that stated I have to wait until after the expiration of the service agreement to get my money back. Really!!!!! Why didn't they just say that in the first place. Hummm... bet I'll never get my money ......Beware of the company!!!!!!!!!!!

Well obiviously I did take resposibility and tell him as we were both going to be looking for a place together and we have been together for over 10 years, however, No, I should not have gone about it without him. So as for myself, I take care of my side of the street everyday... I didn't hide it from him like dirt bags who completely ruin your credit!!! Hopefully, you practice what you try to dish out!

- So when you handed your money over what did you sign that stated the money would be refundable?
I was interested in 1 property but I didn't have the income so the office manager, Ray, allowed me to forge an application with name and social security number of my roommate (our names do not match)on it to show income, of course, he is now very upset with me but more upset with
the idea that this company allows people to do this.
- Your kidding right? Where the h*** is YOUR responsibility in this? If you knew it was wrong why would you even think of doing this? If you didn't think it was wrong..well that's a problem.
Honestly I wouldn't blame your Roommate if the next thing they do is go file a police report for Identity Theft and have you arrested.
