Milinex Power Storm Vac ripoff no customer service, lies New York, New York

I ordered my Power Storm Vac in February 2006 and they promptly charged my account. Receiving the item was not so prompt. In fact I never received it. I use a PO Box, they use UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes and who knows where the vacuum is now.

I contacted them in February and was advised to contact UPS for a refund. Duh. I didn't pay UPS, I paid Milinex. Repeated attempts on a nearly daily basis since then have met with rude, inept staff who apparently only know two phrases "please hold" and "someone will call you".

Well, no one ever calls back. When I do get to speak to someone they say a refund has been processed, they told me that in late February. They told me that in late March and now, in May they are saying it will be processed and should be received in two weeks. What happened to the processed refund in February?

It's all lies. I've tried speaking to a supervisor. The fictitious name they gave me is Monica Smith. She apparently doesn't exist, or has a great job because she is NEVER there. I've contacted my bank. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau. I've tried sending emails, but the email address they provide is invalid.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY!
