We got this promotion almost a year ago, and try to play "the gay" to the smallest detail. We sent our deposit, and picked our destinations, we reply for all letters we were getting from the company. Of course our First choice of date was not available, then we had to wait for the 2nd ( you can not get any information over the phone, or e-mail), 3 month later, we got another letter, telling us that our 2nd dates are not available. I called Customer Service, who assure me, that 3rd dates would be fulfilled.
Well, 2 month later our last dates are not available, and now we have either an option to change our destination ( for the cheaper or out of season regions), or pay "surcharges".
I repeatedly ask about amount of those so-called surcharges, but of course nobody knows anything and I was informed, that those charges could be anywhere between $1000 to $3000. FANTASTIC FREE VACATION!!!!!!!.
Now I have to wait for another 3 weeks for the company to send me the letter to specify and explain all the charges!!
After that, I can either accept it, or get my deposit back minus this company "service charge"
The worse part of this, that all promotion is sold to the third party, and people who offer this promotion as a benefit to the customer has no idea, that they are participated in a scram.
Somebody has to put a stop to that.
