Millionaire Concierge - Doug Turner Rude and unprofessional con artist Fort Lauderdale Florida

Avoid business with this man and his company at all costs! He is rude and unprofessional. I contacted him to inquire about renting a a venue for a client and was rebuffed before I could barely get a sentence out. He also responds to emails using CAPS or multiple exclamation points. Who does that? I was so shocked that I thought it may be a prank or something because I've experienced better customer service from fast food restaurants. 

I did a bit of research and realized that he is a scam artist and has several complaints about him. I am yet to come across ONE positive review about him or his company. Do yourself a favor and just read all the reviews about him before handing over your money. He also has complaints regarding to collections on him on the Better Business Bureau.

Doug Turner has also said that people can't expect good treatment if they walk into a Gucci store wearing flip-flops. Obviously this man has not interacted enough with the rich and famous. No one who is truly worth anything goes around wearing every single piece of expensive clothing or jewelry. This man is an idiot.

He has had this business for over 15 years and yet as the "CEO" he still answers the phone himself and replies to all emails personally. Here's a bit of advice, Doug - MAYBE brushing up on your customer service and people skills would help your business to do a little better and everyone wouldn't leave dozens of bad reviews about what a horrible company you own. There are many other services with much nicer people who provide better service. Doug also has a problem paying his vendors. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.
