Minol, L.P. is a 3rd party biller. My husband and I receive our water/sewage bills from them. The city water company sends one bill to the condo association, and the association sends the bill to Minol to divide up according to meter usage. HOWEVER, for 2 people, our monthly bill averages over $90.00!!! No, I do not have a fleet of SUV's that I wash on a daily basis, and we are very conservative with our water usage. It doesn't seem to matter how much we conserve, our water bill is always ridiculously high. We've even gone on vacation, and had our water bill go up... with no one at home!! I don't know why this company is still allowed to operate with such unfair business practices. I'll give it to them, though, they have a good little scheme going, what choice do we have but to pay the bill?
