On Feb 5, 2016 I saw a article in Faceboo which directed me to a Mira Vie Skin Cream and Eye Serum. I desided to try out thr product after looking at the many advantages describe by the company. The products were deleivered to my house on Feb 8, 2016. According to the customer rep I spoke to on Feb, 23(888-627-9362) I had a period of 14 days trial before they charge my bank account full price. If you count 14 days from the day they ship the product (Feb 5, 2015)the trial would have ended on the 18th of February 2016. How can they count from the 5th if you did not received the product until the 8th.

Today (Feb 23, 2016) I was able to contact the company. I spoke to a very rude representative who want it me to take a 35% discount credit. I told him I was going to dispute the charges with my bank. He keep telling that I should take the credit because that they won  90% of the desputes and I was not going to win. I keep telling him I was going to talk to my bank and he keep telling me the same thing. Finally I hung up the phone.

Around 20 minutes later I received a called from someone named Nicole (888-317-4364). She started by telling me she heard I had an issue with the charges to my account and that she wanted to resolve the issue by offering me 75% credit from the original price of $89.95 for the eye serum and $85.95 for the skin cream). She will charge me $22.49 and $21.49 because I did not cancel by the end of the 14 days trial. She told me she understood how I could have missed the part about the 14 days trial  in the website because it was written is small prints and that was why she was offering the credit. She told me the account was cancel and confirmation of cancelation and credit will send to my email within 2 days.

The charge to my bank came from FAI*Skin Therapy in NV (888-557-2126) whickh is not the where the product was shipped from (Santa Ana, CA) and the name is not the same (MiraVie Skin Cream +eye Serum).

I decide to take the credit because I have the product and did not think it was right to keep it for free and I did not want it to loose all my money.

I told her the product did not work at all. She told me that many people had told her that. That 14 days was not enought time to see results. That usually it takes 30 days to see any results. To keep the product and used for the rest of the month to see if I saw any changes. If I did to call her to re order again.

I am not planing to call anytime soon.
