Mr. Oniel Graveran and Ms. Miriam Senor have mislead my father terribly. An old man who was generous enough to include Mr. Graveran into a circle of trust of even allowing him into his very own home. My father was a lender to Mr. Graveran and his wife several years back. Mr. Graveran asked my father to ask for a line of credit over his home just so that my father can loan him over $200,000 dollars and promised to pay my father under legal terms. My father did not think about it twice as he already had developed a friendship with Mr. Graveran over time and lend him the money. Since my father was a private lender the first mortgage belongs to the bank and the second is done by my father.

Over time, Oniel and his malicious and overpowering wife decided they would not pay my father because of "financial constraints" and because the economy was so bad my father was trying to work with them. Since the bank has the upper hand at time of collecting, my father knew it would only be a matter of time before the bank would take possession of the property. Unfortunately when that happens the person who is not the first lender (as my father’s case) is not at benefit but in acts of good faith thought Mr. Graveran to repay him even it was at a slower process. Instead my father went to the office to collect his money as he did monthly and they decided to call the police on him filing a restraining order on an 80 year old man. These scoundrels are professional thieves of society. There were never intentions of repayment. These are the cold cases that are never told publicly. Of course my father had to sell his home after working for every penny he ever made in this country over the course of over 40 years since he left Cuba. Beware of these individuals, they are undercover scumbags.

I await the day he picks up the phone and stops hiding under his wife’s shields and apologizes to my father and repays him what he owes. I can’t possibly think they are that dirty to continue making a life after cheating an old man. They should be ashamed of themselves as they run a business and partner to Weichert Realty a reputable company that makes a fortune but all under professional terms. There are two things an individual must have which they obviously lack plenty INTEGRITY AND YOUR WORD! My father is convinced they will never repay him but seeing him suffer both a hand held friendship and years and years of sacrifice lost in the midst of dishonest individuals bothers me. My Graveran is well off in money, makes continuous sales and sadly portrays himself (him and his wife) as "Business Professional who is genuine, committed, respectable... etc...." and none of it is true.
