This company is offering homes for sale with rent to own option zero down please have an attorney review the contract before signing it you will be expected to sign a 20 year lease you will not be protected under rent control under their contract you will not be allowed to remove the home neither will your heirs. These are older homes and will not have a 20 year lifespan therefore you will be obligated to continue paying the rent or replacing the home with a new model minimum credit score requirements ate 675 minimum score there for finding a buyer with that credit score willing to live in an older mobile home will be next to impossible If you don’t agree to the 20 year lease the price of the home more than doubles goes up 2 1/2 times According to the contract
