Does this sound familiar. Our new Mitchell program is easy to use and has a great search feature. Dont beleive it! I was told all these lies about there competition by my sales rep and about Mitchell's program being the replacement. When I started using the program there was missing info, couldny log on, and the search feature hasnt changed. They told me lies about the company I was using,
they told me the competition was gonna make me switch or something. It was a lie The best part is I am stuck now for a year. They wont let me cancel.It is costing me 110 a day using this program instead of the other company's program. Losing labor dollars and time. DONT BELEIVE THE HYPE ABOUT mITCHELLS NEW PROGRAM!

Mitchell1 Ripped Me Off, Also! Signed a One Year Contract for a Product that substantially changed after purchase when they updated. Terrible customer service, refuse to do the right thing! So much better products without the bull-Alldata, etc...Skip this product shop owners!
