In november 2017 I was approched by MMA Specialties (a race shop), and their president Ivo Hurvitz, Business partner Lance Juan, and Project Manager Sammy Valafar to be their Marketing Director and Sponsorship Manager. I was told that I would begin to receive my pay in January 2018. I agreed that I could work with that. Most businesses bill out 30-60 days anyway. I setup and ran 7 social media accounts, I created media for those accounts, I worked hand in hand with their sposors to develop said media. I did thier branding for a business expansion, I built two websites, I created a sponsorship package and I submitted said sponsorhip package to potential sponsors. It was hundreds of hours to do all of that. They ignored my invoices, they ignored my payment requests, and they obviously did not take me seriously enough to pay me, or we would not be here today. They owe me $10,000 and I expect to be paid. We have now entered into the litigation stage of this .. and I am writing this report to make their debt to me public.
