I waited about a month after i sent the slide and finally gave them a call to figure out what was taking so long, after about 12 calls i finally got through only for the rep to play dumb and ask me to call back. Long story short, every time i would decide to call it would take me about an hour to speak with anyone, and then i would get different stories that the slide was still being worked on, they ordered the wrong sights, that the slide will be shipped next week but never comes. every time I called and they said it would be shipped i would give them at least a month but everytime i recieved nothing. its been almost a year now and still no slide and without it my handgun is useless. I've thought about contacting a lawyer but the cost would be more than the gun is worth I also think about going to las vegas in person but im not sure that would do any good either and i never have time. So Ive just posted my negative experience on multiple sites, filed a complaint with the BBB, and tryed contacting the Attorney General of Nevada. I don't know if i will ever get my slide back but atleast i can warn others NOT TO USE MMC & PT NIGHT SIGHTS!
