MMC PTnightsights Another Rippedoff costumer by MMC Las Vegas, Nevada

In Aug09, I purchased on line for $200 a set of shotgun ghost sights from this company MMC-PTnightsights, they even called me to verify my address, I got the usual invoice no. and delivery date, which was 15 working days. A month later I call, where is the sights, I was told they are waiting for some hardware to finish the items, that was mid Sept. After several phone calls and many emails later, all unanswered, I have been unable to reach them, and now when I call, the response is " there is one call waiting" then the phone hangs up. Now even the emails do not go through. I have contacted the LV Chamber of Commerce, Better Business, the LV Police Dept., they said to contact the FBI Fraud, which I have done. So here I am 3 months later and on sights. At first I thought because I am in Canada, they were taking advantage me but after viewing some stories on line, these guys are ripping off Americans also!. I do not think I can do anything about it but I hope some of you south of the border can.
