About a month ago (10/12/2009) I sent in the slide of my Taurus PT-145 for a tritium night sight upgrade at www.ptnightsights.com
They stated a 2 week turn around; recently I have not been able to reach them by phone. All I get is the "you are next in line" then after a few minutes , you get disconnected. I've sent several emails, but no reply. So today, I called my credit card company on them and also reported them to the better business bureau which have them on record with an "F" rating, so that's not good.

Now, I'm afraid to loose my slide which is registered in my name and have it fall in the wrong hands.
