I entered the program in 01. They settled a few small debts, I thought things would go well. THEN they started to call me, "We are very close to a settlement on xyz, how much can you send in?"

Yeah, they got me. I had two large debts and pumped in a little over $8,ooo over this last year. You see this had been dragging on and I was anxious to get it wrapped up. This does not include my monthly payments of course!! Brian Tuffs in the alleged customer service department was a real slick one. He had creative excuses and my gut told me something was up.

I contacted my last two creditors, the big ones of course, and to my shock and awe, they had never heard from anyone at risk mp! It typically took me two weeks to get a return call from risk mp and I did it by leaving the most humurous message I could think of.

Brian would call me and tell me everyone in the office would listen to my messages and laugh hysterically! example: You have reached the physic hotline and you dont know what you will do if you do not call... (my number). Ha Ha very funny, yippie!

I guess it goes bad for me also. Not only am I out the 8k, both of my creditors have filed suit in excess of 25k, I may loose my house and my first baby girl is due in mid April.
