Mobile Money Code, Clickbetter LTD Not issuing my Refund request on First part due to changes to their money back guarantee Nationwide

I've purchased this program to better my current situation(to make money online) since they had a 60-Day Guarantee. The first time I received the program, they made of mistake of welcoming as another name(other than mine). So I contacted them. At first, i received a response, they didn't even resolve this issue.

I had another rep contact me and was apologetic but nevered really solve the problem. I was also going through the program and it had a Trojan Horse virus that I made them aware of and I was told to ignore it. After a couple of days, my computer was infected and I not able to get into my computer since the virus. I reported this to the company and of course I didn't get a response, so i went ahead and requested a refund.

I did process a refund request and they said that it will be refunded within 2-21 days(Not Received). My other refund(first purchase) was denied because they had a 14-day guarantee(Before purchasing program, it mentioned the 60-Day Guarantee). Right now, I emailed Clickbetter.com to let them know that I will need my refund due to the issues and problems I had for more than a week.
