I ordered and paid for a mahogany C130 Hercules model from the net, it took 82 days for it to be completed and delivered to me, their site states 28-35.
At one point I had to make a complaint to paypal to prevoke a response to emails I had sent them.
On two occasions they painted it incorrectly even though the pics on their own site were correct, I even supplied them with pics I got from the net and they still managed to paint it wrong.
They were extremely slow to respond to emails often taking several emails from me and days later to respond to a single question/email.
I strongly advise anyone not to rethink any purchases from this company, it's simply not worth the stress.

Our production time at the time of taking this order was clearly stated on our website at 6-8 weeks as shown also in our order confirmation to the customer as follows and not 28-35 days as claimed:-

Thank you for your order.
Your payment covers the models, stand, export packing and FedEx International Economy courier (3-4 days). Any customs duties or taxes or shipping surcharges are not included. Our production is currently running at about 6 - 8 weeks (excluding any National holidays). We will advise you once the model has shipped together with a FedEx tracking number which will enable you to monitor the progress of the package. In the meantime could you please email your contact phone number so we can give this to FedEx at the appropriate time.

Whilst we strived to cope with the many changes that the customer required it resulted in a longer than expected delivery time for which we apologise to the customer but.... we would ask from such a customer to show a little more patience in such circumstances and not to expect immediate replies to the bombardment of the numerous emails (often with foul, obscene and abusive language!) . Although we may occasionally experience delays we never cheat our customers and we act with the utmost of integrity at all times.
I hope you will look at the models which we sent finally to the customer despite the fact that he was still not satisfied. I guess we have to understand that we cannot satisfy all of the people all of the time! I hope anybody reading this report will give us the chance to prove ourselves. PLEASE SEE BELOW RESPONSE FROM MY BUYER WHO WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE SITUATION AND AS YOU CAN SEE ONCE HE HAD RECEIVED HIS MODEL HE EVEN WANTED TO BUY MORE AND TO REFER US TO HIS FRIENDS . UNFORTUNATELY RIPOFFREPORT TOLD HIM THAT HIS SUBMISSION CANNOT BE REMOVED. PLEASE ALSO SEE THE LARGE NUMBER OF POSITIVE CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS ON OUR WEBSITE. The following is what I have just sent to them.
Guys I made a report with you, its report number 859300.
I would like it removed, I contacted the manager of the company and he has very kindly decided to give me a heartfelt apology for the stress and anguish caused by his company and offered me a huge discount, too generous to pass. If possible can you please let me know if it can be removed.
I will indeed pass the full discount onto my mate and I will be ordering the C130H for myself at the same time, like I said in my email, too generous to pass up.
I will of course email you their reply as soon as I get it.
Because of your generosity here tomorrow I will ask another couple of mates who also may well be interested and get back to you, though they are mostly Navy and my natural enemy (me being air force).
