I ordered a ring from momsrings.com for $254 on april 27 and it was supposed to be guarenteed by mother's day,which it is now june 14 and i havent recieved it yet ,anyway i called the customer service number 6 times only to speak to the same guy everytime and for him to tell me the same story over and over how he dont know what happened and he will get back to me ,of course he never did all 6 times ,i waited about a month before i started calling there,so i was patient,when i spoke to customer service last which was the 6th time ,the guy promised he would get back to me this time ,of course he didnt ,i left a message for him to call me today and he has not called back .they sent me an email saying it was  shipped out may 5th,but when i look up tracking number it was never picked up ,i dnt know what kind of company these people run  but i wouldnt recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!

well it's june 21st and i finally got through to customer service and spoke to a new guy who stated the other customer service guy no longer works there ,thats why things got confused,this new guy was very helpful and got to the bottom of everything for me ,and even called me back ,he said that the order will be made than shipped to me overnight ,which i am satisfied with ,it's a shame one has to go through all this because momsrings.com have such beautiful rings ,but i'm glad i'm gettin my ring and i'm satisfied with the customer service this time ,thank u Randy !
