Monarch Computer Systems Disregard for customer Deceptive Business Practices Poor Business Practices Tucker Georgia

Order placed for AMD Athlon 3000 Barton 400FSB and MSI KT6 DELTA-LSR Motherboard. PAID Shipping: FedEx Two-Day Air:$22.00 to get the product quickly for a customer who needed it.

Monarch sent a MSI KT6 DELTA-LSR Motherboard and an AMD 2400MP Processor that had been previously installed! It was easy to see that it was used due to a missing rubber het sink stabilizer and a dull dye surface.

Contacted the support staff at Monarch and was told they would cross-ship a replacement! Packed the processor up and per their instructions shipped it out via FedEx to them. Called them back AFTER the processor had been picked up by FedEx and was told by one person that they would NOT cross-ship a replacement overnight and that they did not believe what I was telling them about the processor. Called and talked to another person who said he would make sure the processor was cross-shipped per the original phone conversation.

Next day - FedEx comes - NO PROCESSOR!

Called Monarch - told that no processor was cross-shipped. Asked for explaination why - "I have no reason" Asked to speak with a supervisor "No one here - have to have them call you back" asked what should I do about my customer who needs processor " Don't know!"

This little trasaction has cost me dearly -
$$$ for EMERGENCY OVERNIGHT for an AMD 3000 processor!
Customer very unhappy that system not completed per schedule!

Checked with BBB listing and Bad Business Bureau for Monarch -
Wish I had done that sooner :( both show problems!

WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH MONARCH AGAIN!
WILL TELL THE WORLD WHAT MONARCH DID FOR ME!
