Hello my name is Monchel B. I recently placed an order with rosewe.com On Oct 31, 2014 They accepted my payment which was $52.19 that they immediately took of my card. They sent me this Your order R1411010317367877 has been shipped, please track online. My tracking number is LN533291401CN. That was on November 5, 2014 when they supposedly shipped it.

I tracked the order and it keeps telling me my order is in transit. Ive been calling around from usps to dhl fedex everywhere and they dont have an update on my package. I really want and need a refund I paid for shipping as well. I order online and have ordered from china before and it never took this long. Im so dissappointed and I see all these reviews on this scam site.. Lesson learned I will stick to what I know but im highly unsatisfied with this and their actions.

 

I made several complaints and nobody got back in contact with me yet. So can you please help thanks..
