Monshe Benet LLC, Edward Dewayne Cummings Scam and Ripoff for items never received Stone Mountain Georgia

 This is a follow up to failure to pay monies owed. After I took owner of Monshe Benet LLC to Court back on July 7/18/18 I received a text message on Aug 16, 2018 making me aware the owner wanted to rectify the issue at hand. I was promised I would receive my money owed to me. Yet again I had to outreach because the owner failed to send the funds. Aug 16, 2018 I was asked where to send the money I told him I prefer a cashiers check he then goes on to tell me all the reasons why he forgot to send me my money. Then Aug 28, 2018 I had to text yet again asking when should I expect the check in mail he made me aware he was in Shanghai he will send upon his return back to US. He then calls & apologizes saying he will send me the money via Zelle also said his car was stolen with the cashiers check inside, his fiancé was robbed all of these circumstances but have yet to return the funds owed to me. He also told me he has paid all others from their prior orders but it was not until his publicist made him aware there was a report out on this site discussing the issue I am discussing now which is lack of keeping his word, lack of character, lack of respect, failure to provide accurate products, taken individuals monies, taken others kindness for weakness and out right taken advantage of individuals that are willing to support the Small Black Businesses. I sent a text Nov 4th, 2018 which I told him I hope I do not have to wait until 2019 to receive the money that is owed to me.

Months has gone by, he has been traveling, styling celebrities, gotten married meanwhile after months of my outreaching to receive the funds that are due to me nothing, still ignoring me no answer nor the refunds via Zelle (which only takes a couple of minutes). My last text I sent Nov 14, 2018 I made the owner aware I should not have to keep outreaching for my money, you ignore me non stop, full of excuses & lies, all you have is your word & obviously your character means nothing you have failed. I made Dwayne Cummings (owner) aware this is very unprofessional and the exact reasons why people are not in favor of supporting Black Owned Businesses. So needless to say I still have not received the monies owed to me.
