In part of your forwarded email it said "We are able to get the cash in your hand within 48 hours after receiving the documents we need from your attorney." Their website says you have to have an attorney.
What does your attorney say and what was his dealings with them?
Personally I think this nothing more than a new twist on PayDay loans, but that is just my opinion.
