Monterstar Limited Credit /Debit Card Fraud consumer fraud Simi Valley California

Just like all the other complaints about this company, I had never heard from this so called organization before, never visited their website but when I was balancing my checkbook, I saw the $39.99 charges. I called them, put on hold for 20 minutes then talked to someone that was obviously trained at giving excuses. They said they could trace the person that "used my CC to obtain membership". They told me the person's name was Brad Junior and they used a computer at the Institute of Technology at Bandung...THATS INDONESIA!! Their website seems like its designed to try to put a name to the credit card they have gleened from somewhere so they can justify the charges. Even on the phone they try to do this. In my case, they told me they couldn't credit my type of debit account so they were going to issue me a check within 10 days. So of course, I gave my name and address. To do all this checking for me, I of course had to give them the debit card number that they had used to look it up.

Of course I cancelled my debit card and getting another number issued, but I will persue this to get my money back. These people are nothing less than burglers that secretly creep into your bank account, steal, blame it on someone else and deny what they are doing. HELP PUT A STOP TO THIS!! THIS IS JUST ANOTHER FORM OF TERRORISM. JUST THINK OF ALL THE PEOPLE THAT DON'T COMPLAIN OR CHECK THEIR STATEMENTS..THEY ARE PREYING ON US!!
